Events - Pedal of the Planet

Pedal for the Planet

With 9 successful editions, Pedal For The Planet is a unique cycling event for the public conceptualized by Embassy Group, one of India's leading property developers. As responsible developers with the largest office parks portfolio in the country and a host of luxury residential developments in Bangalore, we would like to be a pioneer to promote cycling to work for a greener planet. All proceeds raised at the Embassy Pedal for the Planet is donated to Colours of Life. Additionally one tree is planted per registration.

Donation and Distribution of Health Kits as a Part of Preventative Healthcare Interventions

Sinchana: Corporate and Embassy volunteers come togethe

Sinchana: Children’s Day Celebration

Sinchana is Colours of Life's (COL) annual Kannada cultural festival held every November across 15 Government schools where COL runs intervention programs. Celebrating Children's Day (14th November), the event aims to foster creative talent among students from classes 1 to 10 through a variety of on- and off-stage activities ranging from academic (such as essay writing and public speaking) to artistic (mehendi design, drawing, dancing and singing) competitions. Since its inception in 2016, Sinchana was originally an inter-school competition, but the format shifted to an intra-school event in 2020 due to the pandemic, leading to increased participation. Initially organized in partnership with LXL Ideas, 2023 marks the first year Sinchana has been conducted entirely in-house by the COL team.
