Corporate Connect

Embassy’s flagship Corporate Connect program, launched in 2016, was built on the spirit of collaboration among like-minded corporates, channeling their social investments toward initiatives that are scalable, measurable, and deeply impactful.

Instead of working in silos on similar challenges, Corporate Connect brings organisations onto a shared platform to collectively identify pressing social issues and design sustainable, long-term solutions. By aligning complementary strengths, corporates are able to expand their geographic reach, deepen their impact, and support a larger number of beneficiaries.

Partner Voices

I had the opportunity to be part of a health awareness workshop at a Government Kannada Higher Primary School, Challaghatta in collaboration with the Embassy Group, where we discussed nutrition, menstrual health, and basic hygiene with the students. The session was simple and interactive, which helped the students engage openly and ask questions. It was truly satisfying to learn along and leave them with easy, practical habits they can follow in their daily lives.

After 30 years of being dry, Tarahunise Lake now thrives as a vital groundwater source, supporting agriculture and rich biodiversity. Thanks to WeWork India’s efforts, we are restoring this wetland, ensuring clean water for the surrounding areas, and supporting local communities. The rejuvenation of the lake has not only improved the environment but also provided a sustainable resource for agriculture, benefiting everyone who depends on it. It’s rewarding to be part of a project that helps preserve nature while also uplifting the community, ensuring a better future for all.

We conducted a beautification project in collaboration with Embassy Group and The Ugly Indian at the Government School in Dasarahalli. This volunteer initiative was carried out with the students in mind, ensuring that they return from their break to a clean and safe learning environment. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to work together for such a meaningful cause. I also encourage more corporates and partners to volunteer — the sense of joy and fulfillment you feel after completing an activity like this is truly incredible. Trust me on that!

As part of Embassy’s Preventive Health Workshop, we, as a corporate partner, volunteered and visited the Government School in Thanisandra. We had the opportunity to interact with the students and speak to them about important health and hygiene practices. We also discussed basic cyber safety and how they can protect themselves online. It was a wonderful session — the students were enthusiastic, curious, and highly interactive. We also distributed health kits and explained how each item can be used to support better daily habits and overall wellbeing. We truly enjoyed spending time with the children and encouraging them to take small steps toward healthier living. We hope more people will come forward, collectively to support initiatives that empower young minds and the communities.

Embassy Group not only constructs and helps build up the infrastructure, more importantly they play a very active role in maintaining it thereafter. I think that is where the partnership with the Embassy Group and the fact that we are close, works. While working with Embassy, you know you are working with a specialist who has done this before, they are masters at developing buildings and the fact that we managed to bring this (school structure) up in 9 months is a testimonial to the fact that the partnership really worked, and their experience really showed.

We conducted a Career Guidance session for the students of Government PU College, Rajanukunte, and it took me back to my own days as a PUC student. Coming from a small town, I was not exposed to many opportunities, and at that time, I truly wished I had access to career guidance to help me understand what to do next. Through this opportunity given by Embassy Group, I realised that it is our responsibility to give back — to talk to students, guide them, and give them a glimpse of the possibilities and experiences that lie ahead. Of course, I also shared how I used to get bored of studying, why it is important to push ourselves, what it really means to be successful, and how we can learn to control our thoughts and grow into successful individuals. So let’s contribute in whatever way we can — by showing up, speaking to students, and sharing the experiences and learnings we have gained in our own lives. Even a small effort from us can make a big difference in shaping their future.

Stakeholder engagement

Embassy champions community development through a strong culture of collaboration and a deeply rooted culture of giving back to society. Volunteering is at the heart of this effort.

Employees from Corporates and internal volunteers actively participate in a wide range of initiatives — from conducting preventive health workshops and interacting with beneficiaries, to educating students through classroom support and mentoring. Volunteers also contribute to beautification of community hotspots, lead clean-up drives, support school events, and engage in activities that strengthen the overall learning and living environment.

These diverse forms of volunteer engagement not only amplify the impact of our programs but also build empathy, awareness, and shared responsibility among participants.
