Embassy Group and ANZ Bengaluru strengthen partnership with 600k sq.ft. Built-to-Suit Facility at Embassy Manyata
Embassy Group announced today that ANZ Bengaluru Service Centre (‘ANZ Bengaluru’), an existing occupier at Embassy Manyata Business Park (‘Embassy Manyata’) since 2008, has expanded its footprint with the signing of an agreement for a built-to-suit facility of 600,000 sq. ft. at Building M3. The new facility, currently under construction, is designed to accommodate over 6,000 employees.
Embassy Manyata is India’s largest office park, with an operational area of around 12 million square feet. Spread over 121 acres, Embassy Manyata is a people-centric integrated business park with commercial, retail, hospitality, and conference centre facilities. Embassy Manyata has invested extensively to enhance the total business ecosystem offering of the park, creating an unparalleled value proposition for global occupiers.
